How to protect the bronze sculpture art collection
Recently, the investigation: last year, the bronze sculpture collection in the shelves, a lot of collectors went to the sculptor to buy works. Or buy from a gallery. At present, the sculpture price is very low, and there is a general interest in the collection of sculpture. But the question of how to prevent fake purchases and prevent counterfeiting has become a common concern among collectors and sculptors.
According to the general practice of international passage, the works by the sculptor himself are regarded as original works within ten pieces. More than ten items cannot be sold as original. And when a sculptor sells a sculpture, he or she should make a pledge to the collector to make a total of several pieces. "The third of the ten pieces" is usually marked, which means that the sculpture is made for ten pieces, the third of which is sold. It is also called a few (i.e. the first of several). The situation varies from place to place, but it is basically the same. Sculptors themselves can also promise fewer copies, such as five or eight.
Sculptors work slowly. A work done in a few months, a year or even a few years. So most sculptors end up with few works of their own. There are also few museum works like michelero, mayorr and burdell. Rodin wanted more, but a lot of them were very small. At home, there are usually 20 or 30 sculptures of the famous school sculptures, but not many, and often include some very small ones. This is why the international common practice regards the works of the sculptors themselves as original works.
