Copper relief preparation materials

（2） 锻铜材料：板厚根据作品的大小来定，大的作品用厚板小的作品用薄板。采用1.2mm厚的紫铜板，紫铜板延展性和柔软度更适合锻造。
(2) Forged copper material: the thickness of the plate is determined by the size of the work, and the large work is made of thick plate and the small work is made of thin plate. With 1.2mm thick copper sheet, the ductility and softness of copper sheet are more suitable for forging.
（3） 锻造工具：工具主要为錾子、锤子、火、松香胶。锤子为一般的小锤即可。火为氧气加乙炔高温，用于铜板的加热退火。胶泥为松香和沥青等混合制成，用于锻造时的衬垫。錾子为自制，錾子是用钢筋截成，由锻造者自行制作，根据锻造的需要，做成不同形状，主要有圆口、方口、扁口、椭圆口、尖口、平口等。
(3) Forging tools: tools are chips, hammers, fire and rosin gum. The hammer is a small hammer. Fire is oxygen plus acetylene at high temperature. It is used for heating annealing of copper plate. Cement is a mixture of rosin and asphalt, used as a backing for forging. Chips are self-made. Chips are cut with steel bars. They are made by forgers themselves. According to the needs of forging, chips are made into different shapes, such as round, square, flat, elliptical, cusp, flat and so on.v
