铸铜雕塑因其材质特性，具有造型准、质感强、纹饰美的特点。铸铜雕塑的制作除前期泥塑造型以外，一般都要经过金属冶炼、锻造、雕刻、镀金、磨光、上红等几个重要的工序。程序比较复杂，工艺十分讲究。具体铸造方法有失蜡法和模具法两种。介绍两种流程：

流程一：由客户方确定或提供雕塑参考图案（或对受塑人进行写生、拍照）→泥塑师根据客户要求塑制泥塑模型→泥塑完成由客户确认→确认泥稿后翻制模具。

Process: a reference provided by the client to determine or sculpture design (or to sketch and take photos of the plastic people) - clay sculpture division according to customer's requirements with molding clay sculpture model - clay sculpture after confirmed by the customer to confirm the mud draft making mold. 

流程二：小型铸铜雕塑制作需采用精铸工艺→翻检查井钢模具 隔离墩模具 隔离墩钢模具 流水槽模具 U型槽模具 螺杆启闭机 卷扬式启闭机 铜雕佛像 制(石蜡)模型→用石英砂等精铸材料制作雕塑型壳→烤制型壳脱蜡→烧制型壳→浇铸铜水→待铜水冷却后打碎型壳完成铜品制作→对铜品表面做着色、防腐以及其它处理→雕塑制作完成。
